Isa Brena

With a degree in Fine Arts Complutense University of Madrid, she designed her own line of clothes under her own name.

She has worked as a stylist for numerous national production companies such as: Álamo Films, Lee Films, Blur, Garlic, La Joya, Fandango, The Garage, Igloo, RCR, Primo, Tickle Films, Mirinda Films, etc…

And with the following international production companies: Sur Film, b-mount Film, Widescope, Rabagast, Baco, etc…

With the directors: Gustav Johansson, Julio del Álamo, Alex de la Iglesia, Icíar Bollaín, Rankin, Rodrigo Cortés, Javier Fesser o Alauda Ruiz de Azúa amongst others.

She was the Costume Designer for the first season of the series “DOCTOR MATEO” for Antena 3 TV.

In 2019 she worked as assistant to Paola Torres in the series “30 MONEDAS” directed by Alex de la Iglesia for HBO.

In 2021 she worked as assistant to Paola Torres on the 1st season of the series “SENTIMOS LAS MOLESTIAS”, directed by Álvaro Fernández Armero y Juan Cavestany

She was the Costume Designer of the series “LA EDAD DE LA IRA” directed by Jesús Rodrigo and which was screened on ATRESplayer PREMIUM in February 2022.

In 2022 she is the Costume Designer for the second season of the series “SENTIMOS LAS MOLESTIAS” starring Antonio Resines and Miguel Rellán.

In 2023 she worked as a COSTUME SUPERVISOR with Costume Designer Christine Bean on the last episode of the American series “THE BLACKLIST”, with James Spader as the main protagonist.

In film industry she has worked with Franca Squarciapino in “VOLAVERUNT” (Bigas Luna), Lindy Hemming in “DIE ANOTHER DAY” (Lee Tamahori) and with Paola Torres and David Delfín in “EL TIEMPO DE LOS MONSTRUOS” (Félix Sabroso).

She also worked for the hispano-uruguayan film “EL AÑO DE LA FURIA” as assistant to the Uruguayan Costume Designer Carolina Duré.
